Directions

Entering De Smet from the south on Hwy. 25:

  • Continue north on Hwy 25
  • Turn west (left) on 3th Street SW
  • Go nearly 5 blocks until you see Avera De Smet Memorial Hospital on the left-hand side of the street
  • Turn south (left) into the Emergency Room entrance parking lot

Entering De Smet from the north on Hwy 25:

  • Continue south on Hwy 25
  • Turn west (right) on 3rd Street SW
  • Go nearly 5 blocks until you see Avera De Smet Memorial Hospital on the left-hand side of the street
  • Turn south (left) into the Emergency Room entrance parking lot

From Hwy 14 East or West:

  • Turn north on Prairie Avenue SW
  • Go 1 and 1/2 blocks, De Smet Memorial Hospital is located on the right-hand side of Prairie Avenue SW

Emergency Room entrance - continue north on Prairie Avenue SW and turn east (right) onto 3rd Street SW. ER entrance located on the north side of the hospital building.
