The facility is a Medicare/Medicaid certified skilled nursing facility, licensed to serve 84 individuals; our services include:

Congregate & Independent Living

Bishop Hoch Villa and Duplex, on the Avera Brady campus, offer six congregate living apartments and one duplex available for rent to individuals who are capable of independent living and who do not require nursing care or the supervision of daily living activities.

If you wish, you may utilize the following optional services; some are available at an addtional cost and others are offered at no cost:

• Full Kitchen
• Laundry once a week for Villa residents (There is a washer/dryer in the duplex.)
• Housekeeping once a week
• Meal plans
• Garage
• On-site beautician and barber services

Optional activities at Avera Brady Health and Rehab and/or Avera Brady Assisted Living:

Assisted Living

Avera Brady Assisted Living consists of 24 units and serves 24-30 individuals who need help with two or more activities of daily living. Individualized care is specially designed to meet the needs of each resident.

The facility includes a beauty and barber area, treadmill for residents to use and indoor  access to Avera Brady Health and Rehab, the adjacent skilled nursing facility, as well as to independent living apartments. Volunteer Opportunities are available. An online brochure is available.

The following services are included in one monthly fee:

• Assistance with bathing, dressing, personal care
• Medication assistance
• Housekeeping, laundry services
• Three full, tasty meals, plus snacks, served daily under direction of licensed dietitian
• Social/recreational activities designed to meet interests/abilities of each resident
• On-call assistance
• Chaplain services
• Indoor access to Avera Brady Chapel

One-bedroom & two-bedroom apartments & efficiencies feature:
