Chris Beltz, ASHH Radiologic Technologist, Earns MRI Certification
Avera Sacred Heart Hospital radiologic technologist Chris Beltz recently passed his Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) certification exam. Chris is now a registered MRI technologist certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.

Avera Sister James Care Center will be hosting an Eden Christmas Craft and Bake Sale from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Friday, Nov. 7 in the Gathering Place at Avera Majestic Bluffs. There will be a variety of canned and baked goods, and craft items for early Christmas gifts.

Avera Awards 17 Scholarships to Medical Students
Seventeen scholarships have been awarded to medical students at the Sanford School of Medicine of The University of South Dakota through a program implemented last year at Avera. With six facilities participating in the program, Avera is able to provide three more students than last year with the scholarships.
